You should try to apply for the cards all within the same day. Please note that you'll have to spend roughly $4,000 in 3 months to qualify for all of offers. The Chase Freedom and Penfed Platinum are great cards on their own even without a sign up bonus. Personally, I wouldn't really use the Citi Thank You Premier because of the fee in the following year.
